The SEZ plans to construct a new scale 400MW biomass power plant with a total investment of 340 million US dollars. The first phase is expected to invest 200 million US dollars, and the project has entered the preparation stage.
After the completion of the power plant, enterprises will no longer worry about power outages and can arrange production plans with peace of mind to ensure timely delivery of products.
The special zone has officially launched the construction of a dry dock covering an area of 43446 square meters, shifting the port function inland and directly bringing the port and enterprises 60 kilometers away closer.
After the dry dock is expected to be put into operation at the end of May, it will directly exempt enterprises from $100/container container container handling and transportation fees, empty container return fees, as well as customs clearance and license application fees, which will also decrease by about $100/container. The logistics cost of a single container for enterprises will also decrease by about $200.
1. Main roads in the park:The total length of the planned road is 54.3 kilometers, and 12 roads have been poured since August 2023, with a cumulative mileage of 20 kilometers.
2. Municipal pipeline network:The rainwater, sewage, and water supply pipe network has accumulated 8KM.
3. North District Earthwork Project:The 2.2 million m ³ first section earthwork project started on November 28, 2024, and the 2.2 million m ³ second section earthwork project started on December 6, 2024, and is expected to be completed by the end of May 2025.
4. Reservoir dam:Construction started in January 2024 and was basically completed in June, successfully storing over 8 million cubic meters of water.
5. Waterworks:The design scale consists of 6 integrated modules, with a daily supply of 30000 m ³/d of tap water. It will be put into normal use by the end of November 2024.
6. Sewage treatment plant:The daily treatment capacity of industrial wastewater is 15000m ³/d, and it is planned to be put into use by the end of August 2025. The integrated sewage treatment facilities in the eastern district are under construction and are expected to be put into use by the end of June 2025.
7. Opening and closing station:Two closed power stations have been built and put into use to ensure the daily production and living electricity needs of the settled enterprises.
8. Lakeside Hotel:The total construction area is 5500 square meters, and it is planned to have 50 guest rooms, convenience stores, catering, coffee shops and other functions. It will be put into use by the end of March 2025.
9. Skills training schools and labor service centers:The center covers an area of 1200 square meters and has been put into use.
10. East Gate:The entrance of the East District will be completed in December 2024, and the opening ceremony of the East District will be held at the gate of Hangzhou Street on January 15, 2025.
11. Kasen Courtyard:Covering an area of 12000 square meters, it was launched in early July 2024 and completed and put into use on January 10, 2025.
1. Self built standard factory buildings in the SEZ:
Eight buildings have been built with a total construction area of approximately 120000 square meters, all of which have been signed for lease and put into use.
2. Construction of contracted enterprise factory:
Hanlin Sofa Factory, Frontier Pharmaceutical Factory, Sulfuric Acid Factory, Fine Chemicals, Cultural Supplies Factory, Universal Steel Structure, Packaging Factory, and Jiuchongtian Hotel all started construction in the first half of 2024 and will be put into operation by the end of March 2025, with Jiuchongtian Hotel opening;
About 40 enterprises, including electroplating industrial park, gelatin factory, wooden door factory, industrial protein factory, glue factory, Dingli Construction, furniture factory, hardware and auto parts factory, power equipment factory, cardboard packaging, etc., have started construction. Among them, nearly 20 enterprises will start construction around the Spring Festival in 2025.
More than 30 enterprises, including lead smelters, eyewear factories, hardware tool factories, warp knitting factories, smart home factories, and home appliance factories, are about to start construction.
3. Signed enterprise put into operation:
The first phase of Hanlin Sofa Factory started construction on March 5, 2024 and was officially put into operation on November 10, 2024;
Aibo Furniture and Wentong Furniture will officially start production in December 2024;
Junjie Pet, Brother Hardware, Fine Chemicals, Sulfuric Acid Factory, Jiuchongtian Hotel, Yuchuang Luggage, R HOME Furniture, Hualian Group, Khmer Furniture, Hengchang Packaging, and Lebang Furniture will all be officially put into operation in the first half of 2025.
