The second phase of Zhejiang Special Economic Zone covers an area of 1041 hectares and is planned to be divided into four major zones: East Zone, North Zone, West Zone, and Nanhu Town. It aims to achieve five improvements in environment, volume, planning, function, and supporting facilities, and is committed to building a benchmark for a beautiful coastal industrial town that integrates production, life, and ecology. After the completion of the project, it is expected that more than 300 enterprises will settle in, which will drive more than 80000 job opportunities and have extremely broad development prospects. Behind this prosperity, the ten supporting projects of the special zone are like solid foundations, providing comprehensive and strong guarantees for the long-term development of the special zone.

1. NAHO Reservoir

The NAHO Reservoir covers an area of 100 hectares, with a dam length exceeding 2000 meters and a storage capacity of 10 million cubic meters. It is currently the largest reservoir among all economic zones in Cambodia.

2. NAHO Waterworks

The NAHO Waterworks covers an area of 5000 square meters and supplies 30000 cubic meters of tap water per day. It not only ensures the water demand for production and daily life within the special zone, but also provides convenient and safe water services for surrounding residents.

In addition, NAHO Pure Water Plant, as an important part of the utilization of water resources and industrial upgrading in the special zone, is poised to take off. The planned rated output of the purified water plant is 6TRO/hour of water treatment capacity, and it is equipped with a large barrel purified water filling line of 500 barrels/hour. Starting from the water treatment process, we strictly follow a high standard and strict quality control system, using internationally advanced filtration and purification technologies to ensure that every drop of water meets the high-quality standards of purified water. At present, various preparations for production are in full swing and will soon be officially put into operation.

3. Power plant

The special zone plans to construct a 400MW power plant with a total investment of 340 million US dollars, and the first phase is expected to invest 200 million US dollars. After the completion of the power plant, ensure stable and safe power supply guarantee for the settled enterprises.

4. Sewage treatment plant

The first phase of the sewage treatment plant covers an area of 48750 square meters, with a daily industrial sewage treatment capacity of 15000m ³/d. It is currently in the equipment installation stage and will soon be put into use.

5. Dry dock

The dry dock covers an area of 43446 square meters, with an initial scale of 10000 container spaces, which "shifts" the port function to the inland, directly bringing the port closer to enterprises and greatly saving logistics costs for enterprises.

After the dry dock is put into operation, the enterprise will be directly exempted from the container handling and transportation fees and empty container return fees of $100 per container, as well as customs clearance and license application fees, which will also decrease by about $100 per container. The logistics cost of a single container for the enterprise will also decrease by about $200.

6. Commercial town

NAHO Town covers an area of approximately 70 hectares and is equipped with shopping, dining, entertainment, school, medical, administrative service centers, financial, accommodation, and residential multifunctional facilities, as well as a full range of lifestyle amenities. All kinds of living service facilities are fully equipped.

7. Administrative Service Center

The planned area for the administrative service center is 14858 square meters, with a building area of 8500 square meters. It consists of an administrative center, a conference center, a property management center, and a multifunctional hall, and is currently in the design stage.

8. International School

The international school is planned to cover an area of 15200 square meters with a building area of 7500 square meters, and the construction will be implemented in stages. Intended to provide high-quality and international educational resources for children in the special zone, enabling parents to work with peace of mind and children to focus on their studies.

9. Zhongjiang Hospital

Zhongjiang Hospital (Zhejiang Special Economic Zone Phase II) Branch is located in the center of NAHO Town, with a building area of approximately 2000 square meters, and will provide necessary medical and health services for the special zone.

10. Cambodian Apartment

The Cambodian apartment complex covers an area of 50577 square meters and is planned to construct 28 buildings, with an estimated capacity of 20000 people. The first phase of the project has already started. The apartment will provide a comfortable living environment for Cambodian employees in the special zone, enabling them to live and work in peace and contentment.
