To effectively address the employment needs of enterprises in the special zone and establish a solid foundation for employment services, the Cambodian Ministry of Labor's annual series of job fairs will be officially launched on May 8-9, 2026. From May to October, 44 special recruitment activities will be organized to provide comprehensive talent introduction channels for special zone enterprises.

The first job fair landed in Odomianji Province. Zhejiang Special Economic Zone attaches great importance to the work of enterprise employment security. Led by Deputy General Manager Tong Yuanxin, they drove more than ten hours to attend the event and actively went to the front line outside the province to recruit migrant workers.

The recruitment site has a lively atmosphere and high popularity, with a continuous stream of local people coming to consult and apply for jobs. The staff of the special zone introduced in detail the development advantages, job requirements, salary and benefits, and living facilities of the special zone on site, patiently answered job seekers' concerns about employment, accommodation, and living security, and attracted a large number of interested individuals to register and apply.
