Currently, it is the rainy season in Cambodia, and continuous rainfall has brought many challenges to engineering construction. However, the construction boom of the Zhejiang Special Economic Zone in Cambodia has not diminished, and the enthusiasm has not slackened. With the attitude of "rushing for time, catching up with progress, and ensuring implementation", five key projects were concentrated and started from May 29th to 30th, covering three core areas of industrial production, employee housing, and international education, accelerating the development of the special zone with hard work.

This construction includes a pet food enterprise project and 8 standard factory buildings, with a standard factory area ranging from 6283 to 8736 square meters. The diversified industrial space layout can accurately adapt to the production, warehousing, and operation needs of different enterprises, further enrich the industrial format of the special zone, improve the industrial chain, provide solid hardware support for investment promotion and enterprise expansion and production increase in the special zone, and continue to strengthen the industrial and economic volume of the special zone.

Continuous improvement of housing facilities, retention of talents and stable development

Newly started construction of two Cambodian employee apartments, 10 # and 11 #, with a total construction area of 8830 square meters. Each building is planned to have 160 dormitories, which can meet the housing needs of enterprises in large quantities. Standardized employee dormitories and comfortable living environments will greatly improve the accommodation conditions for Cambodian employees, effectively attract migrant workers from other provinces to settle in and work in Cambodia, effectively enhance employees' sense of belonging and happiness, and truly achieve a win-win situation of employees living and working in peace and contentment and stable employment for enterprises.

Heavy investment in educational support, empowering long-term new life

The highly anticipated Special Zone International School has simultaneously launched construction, with a planned area of 15200 square meters and a building area of 7500 square meters. It will be steadily promoted through a phased construction model. The school focuses on high-quality international education, filling the gap in high-end education facilities in the park, allowing children of special zone workers to enjoy high-quality educational resources nearby, completely solving the worries of parents who work and study, and realizing the beautiful vision of secure employment and peaceful learning.
