The Spring Festival is a time for Chinese people to reunite with their families, but in Cambodia's Zhejiang Special Economic Zone, there is a thriving scene. Tower cranes stand in the forest, machines roar, transport vehicles shuttle ceaselessly. During the Spring Festival, we walked into the second phase of the Zhejiang Special Economic Zone in Cambodia. From the construction site to the factory, from the production area to the office area, we could see the busy countrymen everywhere.  

The construction of the project is not allowed to proceed at once, and major work areas are advancing synchronously: the consolidation of the northern plot is in full swing, and the construction of infrastructure such as roads and pipelines is steadily advancing. Dozens of pile drivers are working simultaneously on the construction site; The completion of supporting projects such as commercial street lighting and lakeside hotel decoration in the eastern district is also being carried out in an orderly manner, with tight connections between each link.

Export orders surge to full capacity, with production enterprises operating at full capacity: It is reported that the second phase of the special zone has recently seen a surge in orders to full capacity, and the order schedule has reached the second quarter of this year. The first phase of Hanlin Sofa Factory, Aibo Furniture, Wentong Furniture and other enterprises that have already been put into production are operating at full speed, and the production workshops are running at full speed. The production areas of sulfuric acid plants, cultural goods factories, luggage factories and other enterprises that are about to be put into operation are busy, and everyone is installing and debugging equipment before production. The person in charge of the luggage factory workshop told us, "Time is money! Starting production one day earlier is making money one day earlier.

Cultural Integration: Organize Cambodian employees to experience making dumplings and writing blessings, while Chinese masters learn traditional Khmer dance. Friendship is sublimated in sweat. Although we can't go home, the special zone is our second home! "Said a Chinese manager with a smile.

The person in charge of the special zone said, "Our special zone will not stop work during the Spring Festival, in order to seize the investment wave of China's manufacturing industry moving southward to Southeast Asia caused by the US tariffs on China!"
